Jasna Jusić

Jasna is developing trademark strategies and advising clients on all aspects of IP and related laws; handling trademark, patent, and industrial design portfolios, as well as domain name and copyright matters.
She is providing legal assistance in relation to Advertising law, Due diligence, Franchise law, Internet and social media, Media and entertainment law, including strategic counseling.
 
Experience


Jasna Jusić has over 18 years of experience in all aspects of prosecution, enforcement, litigation and advisory work across the Western Balkans region. She represented clients from a variety of industries and handled contentious and non-contentious patent, trademark, industrial design and copyright matters, as well as domain name issues.

Jasna worked for a well-known regional IP practice PETOŠEVIĆ for over 15 years, where she also handled IP prosecution, enforcement, litigation and advisory work. She has been recognized and ranked by leading legal research organizations including Chambers & Partners
